  • Contact form data: Name, company name, email, phone number, city, business type, and product interest — submitted voluntarily when you request samples or a quote.
  • Partner form data: Business details submitted when applying to become a distribution partner.
  • Analytics data: Anonymised page views, session duration, and traffic source via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept cookies.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance.

  • To respond to sample requests, quotes, and enquiries.
  • To process and fulfil orders.
  • To send transactional emails related to your enquiry (no marketing without consent).
  • To improve website performance using anonymised analytics.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years for business correspondence purposes, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Form submissions are processed via Resend (SOC 2 Type II certified). We do not store payment information on our servers.
